Spanish-Speaking Benefits Consultant Team Leader – JorDan Human Resources

Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Benefits Consultant Team Leader to lead client education on healthcare benefits, support enrollment processes, and manage team performance. This role combines operational oversight, client advocacy, and compliance management with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Education

  • Guide clients in understanding their health benefit options clearly and effectively.
  • Assist members with enrollment, ensuring they select suitable plans.

Communication & Leadership

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Lead meetings, manage escalations, and maintain positive HR relations.

Team & Operational Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize enrollment and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support hiring/onboarding.
  • Resolve escalated cases and assist with management directives.

Compliance & Systems

  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Utilize internal platforms for communication, training, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Health/Life insurance license preferred (not mandatory).
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, insurance, or administration is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Fully Remote role; must be comfortable working at a desk/computer for extended periods.
