Branch Manager – Nelspruit
Sheldon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. This is a permanent role with a competitive package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the packaging industry preferred.
- Policy Implementation: Apply policies and guidelines set by the Executive Committee.
- Strategic Leadership: Define business objectives through budget and strategic planning.
- Performance Monitoring: Track company results and ensure targets are met.
- Financial Management: Report on financial performance and optimize working capital.
- Organizational Oversight: Ensure proper structures, resources, and controls are in place.
- Compliance: Adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements, including safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to achieve company goals.
- Industrial Relations: Maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to drive strategy and respond to market changes.
- Budget & Cash Flow: Develop annual budgets and ensure cash flow targets are met.
- Growth Strategy: Expand sales through new customers and markets.
- Supplier Negotiations: Engage with suppliers and agencies to secure favorable terms.
- Profitability: Achieve shareholder profit targets.
- Decision-Making: Operate within approved authority limits while making key business decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of packaging industry dynamics is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits:
- R35,000 – R40,000 per month CTC (Negotiable)
