Purpose of the Role
Provide customers with cellular services and products, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing the profitability of the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual contract targets to maximize Business Unit profitability.
• Promote contract products to customers to enhance value and revenue.
• Process contract applications accurately according to required procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Demonstrate effective self-management and collaborate well within the team.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• 1–2 years of retail industry experience.
• Knowledge of contract services products.
• Understanding of risk management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with Management Information Systems and SAP.
• Familiarity with Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy, and Vumatel.
• Credit services sales expertise.
• Comprehensive understanding of IC policies, practices, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of IC business operating models and ethical responsibilities.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
