Compliance Manager – Fidelity Vacancies
Purpose of the Role
The Compliance Manager ensures that all contractual obligations are met, security services meet required standards, and client relationships are maintained professionally. This role oversees service quality, staff performance, and compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all contractual requirements are consistently met as stipulated by clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients regarding security services provided
- Continuously evaluate service levels and provide recommendations for improvement
- Monitor security staff performance to ensure compliance with standards
- Manage all administrative tasks related to compliance and operations
- Liaise daily with branch management on operational matters
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly incident and general reports to management
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric certificate with PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Proven people management experience
- Competent in all three firearms for business purposes
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs
- Must reside in Gauteng

- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
