Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee operational and contractual compliance within the security services division. The role ensures that all client requirements are met, service standards are maintained, and staff performance aligns with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure contractual obligations with clients are met consistently.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients regarding the delivery of security services.
• Evaluate service levels regularly and recommend improvements to clients.
• Monitor and manage security staff performance to meet required standards.
• Handle administrative tasks related to compliance and operations.
• Liaise daily with branch management on operational matters.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly incident and operational reports to management.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric certificate
• PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• People management experience
• Strong administration, client liaison, and communication skills
• Planning, leadership, and organisational abilities
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office programs)
• Competent in all three firearms with business purpose
• Valid driver’s licence
• Must reside in Gauteng
