Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking an experienced Control Room Manager to oversee security operations and ensure that all site-specific requirements are met efficiently and professionally in the Fourways area. This role involves managing control room personnel, monitoring security systems, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

• PSIRA Grade A
• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
• Resident in the Fourways area
• Computer literate in MS Office and CCTV systems
• Ability to work under pressure and extended hours as required
• Shift work capability
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security industry control room or call centre
• No criminal record or pending cases
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise control room personnel in all operational aspects
• Receive and address complaints, escalating to management as needed
• Maintain discipline and operational standards within the control room
• Operate and monitor systems including Excuquard, Listener, Milestone, Challenger, Auto Cam, and VUMACAM
• Compile reports and investigations accurately and promptly
• Ensure CCTV and other monitoring systems are effectively managed
• Liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
• Maintain operational excellence under strict deadlines
