Job Description
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Consultant to support the efficient operation of the online Click & Collect system. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring all online orders are processed accurately and efficiently within the store.

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or similar environment
• Computer literacy in MS Office and internet applications

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all Click & Collect customers
• Manage and prepare customer orders for timely collection
• Monitor and respond to emails and system queries promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all orders received, picked, packed, and handed over
• Ensure parcels are correctly picked and packed to avoid discrepancies
• Minimize customer waiting times through efficient order handling
• Identify and report system issues to improve customer experience
• Resolve customer queries quickly and effectively
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary
• Maintain consistent communication with management regarding online operations
• Implement new operational procedures as required
