Our client, a respected leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring a seamless experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Address and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Act as a bridge between head office, store teams, and customers to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Support product launches by providing information to customers and addressing related queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Contribute to team meetings and suggest improvements for service delivery.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Driver’s license and own transport advantageous.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
