Direct Sales Team Leader

About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is looking for a motivated Direct Sales Team Leader to manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on sales support to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and shortlist potential sales representatives for department vacancies
• Conduct weekly vehicle inspections using the Green Fleet app
• Maintain SFE with reps weekly and report to the Regional Sales Manager
• Arrange and accompany reps on regular group travels
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating OPC event venues
• Train new sales representatives, both administratively and in the field, including underperforming staff
• Manage sick leave, AWOL, and attendance issues
• Support allocation of traffic fines and PER3 management
• Provide guidance on technical queries and OTC paperwork rejections
• Collaborate closely with Direct Sales Administrators
• Perform HR management duties related to the sales team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Team Leader
• Valid driver’s license
• PSIRA Grade C registration
