Job Description
Truworths is seeking a Field Quality Auditor who is passionate about retail and committed to maintaining the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams to ensure products meet all technical and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and audit quality of goods manufactured at CMTs and service providers, including cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating, and finishing services

Liaise with Design Division Garment Technologists on quality issues

Coordinate with technical teams, operations managers, and planners to address quality concerns
-
Conduct AQL inspections and prepare AQL and S4 reports
-
Identify, report, and monitor quality issues at factories, implementing and tracking action plans for improvement

Provide mentoring and training to enhance quality performance

Submit daily reports to Head Office

Manage priorities, appointments, and schedules effectively
Qualifications and Experience
-
3–5 years’ experience in clothing manufacturing or quality assurance in a factory environment

Experience in a senior auditor or supervisory role

Skilled in AQL inspections (Level 2.5 Major, 4 Minor) and compiling AQL/S4 reports

Code 8 driver’s license

Basic computer literacy; Excel skills advantageous
