Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee the effective management of all fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workshops, suppliers, compliance, incidents, accidents, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and FGT01 registers.
• Manage vehicle running costs.
• Ensure driver license compliance.
• Conduct and manage vehicle inspections.
• Monitor fuel intake, allocation, and usage.
• Handle accidents, including reporting, committees, and recoveries.
• Supervise daily repair and maintenance of vehicles.
• Lead and manage fleet staff, including Fleet Admin, Fleet Assistant, and Workshop Mechanics.
• Prepare and manage reports on service schedules, inactive vehicles, accidents, alcohol checks, and repair budgets.
• Willingness to travel to North West, Northern Cape, and Free State regions.
• Must reside in East Rand or West Rand.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Trade test qualification for petrol and diesel mechanics.
• Valid Code EB driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fleet management.
• Computer literacy, including Word and Excel.
