Overall Purpose of the Job:
To support the Regional HR Field team in executing HR directives, delivering exceptional HR service to the business and employees, and collaborating across HR Centers of Excellence to resolve issues effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate HR team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a performance management culture and develop relevant management development plans
  • Implement HR tactical plans aligned with business objectives
  • Promote business values and related interventions
  • Lead talent management initiatives with management and HR teams
  • Support execution of key HR deliverables to achieve business goals
  • Analyse HR metrics and implement action plans
  • Support implementation of local HR programs to meet business needs
  • Manage routine employee relations and industrial relations issues; represent the company at CCMA if required
  • Act as a resource for managers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Assist with investigations and resolve employee complaints promptly to minimize risk
  • Communicate HR transactions and updates to regional, branch, and HR Operations management
  • Provide guidance and feedback to managers and supervisors on performance and disciplinary matters
  • Coordinate local training programs with HR Trainers to support business needs
  • Participate in high-volume interviewing and recruitment activities as required
  • Assist with restructuring plans and HR-related projects
  • Collate regular or ad hoc HR metrics, including headcount and turnover, to support business planning
