Job Overview
The Hybrid Sales Consultant is responsible for driving new business growth through the sale of armed monitoring, armed response, and electronic security solutions. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

Sell alarm system upgrades, additions, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and related security solutions

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new clients and hardware
-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through self-generated and internal leads
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
-
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
-
Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation
-
Ensure professional follow-up on all leads and quotations
Qualifications and Experience

Matric or equivalent qualification
-
Proven sales experience, preferably in capital goods sales
-
Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm platforms
-
PSIRA registered Grade C
-
Valid driver’s licence

Own reliable vehicle
