Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking driven and results-focused Hybrid Sales Consultants to join a high-performance sales team. This role offers the opportunity to grow a rewarding sales career by delivering trusted security solutions while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fencing, and related security solutions

  • Proactively achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods sales

  • Knowledge of intruder detection and alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar

  • Matric or equivalent qualification

  • PSIRA registered Grade C

Job Requirements and Attributes

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven

  • Strong selling, organizational, and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet applications

  • Professional and presentable with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development

  • Aptitude for electronic and technical security equipment

Duties

  • Generate and close deals from self-sourced and internal leads

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and key stakeholders

  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation

Performance Standards

  • Achieve revenue and new client acquisition targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotations
