Hybrid Sales Consultant

About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Sales Consultant to grow our client base and drive sales of security solutions. This role involves selling armed monitoring and armed response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, and electric fences to new and existing customers while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and close self-generated sales deals
  • Follow up on leads from internal sources and telesales
  • Sell comprehensive security solutions to new and existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other industry partners
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets for new customers and hardware sales
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to sales

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in capital goods sales
  • Knowledge of intruder detection systems such as IDS and DSC is advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent

Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)
  • Presentable and of sober habits
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • PSIRA Grade C (advantageous)
  • Proactive “hunter” for new business
  • Aptitude for technical and electronic equipment, including alarms and monitoring platforms

Performance Standards:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with existing estate clients
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotes
