Hybrid Sales Consultant

About the Role:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a motivated Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our team and drive sales of innovative security solutions. This role offers the opportunity to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other security solutions
  • Generate and close self-sourced sales deals as well as leads received internally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to track sales progress
  • Maintain administrative tasks related to sales with attention to detail
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and new client acquisition targets

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets, preferably in capital goods sales
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems advantageous
  • Matric or equivalent
  • PSIRA Grade C registration

  • Computer literate (MS Office, Email, Internet)

  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and quotations
