Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Hybrid Sales Consultant

Are you ready to unlock your potential and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment? We’re looking for motivated professionals to join our team as a Hybrid Sales Consultant, where you’ll combine field sales and client engagement to drive real results and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements, delivering trusted security solutions to customers.
  • Drive sales of alarm system upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and related security products.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record, preferably in capital goods or technical sales.
  • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar alarm systems is advantageous.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • PSIRA registered – Grade C.

Job Requirements & Attributes:

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven in a target-focused environment.
  • Strong selling ability with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication, confident presentation, and effective negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet-based tools.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a passion for electronic and technical solutions.

Duties:

  • Generate, manage, and close deals using self-sourced and internally generated leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and key partners.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and pipeline progress.
  • Manage sales administration with accuracy and attention to detail.

Performance Standards:

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets while driving new client acquisition.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all leads and quotations to maximize conversion.
