Job Description
As a Junior Digital Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design and development of digital solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
• Assisting with the maintenance and enhancement of existing digital systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Contributing ideas that support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Providing creative input and supporting the implementation of new solutions.
• Assisting with the execution of tasks and priorities defined in the digital innovation roadmap.
• Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Documenting processes, user guides, and standard operating procedures to support knowledge sharing.
• Assisting with project coordination and supporting delivery timelines.
• Participating in testing activities for system releases, upgrades, and new implementations.
• Preparing and executing test cases for end-to-end testing.
• Ensuring assigned tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
• Reviewing and documenting existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Acting as a support liaison between business units and Innovation or technical teams.
• Facilitating communication and coordination across departments.
• Supporting user training on new systems, processes, and solutions.
• Assisting with the development of training materials, user guides, and instructional documentation.

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital solutions or a related role.
• Solid understanding of digital innovations and emerging technologies.
