Job Overview

The Mobile Unit Team Leader is responsible for executing regional SIM strategy by leading Mobile SIM Agents, driving VABS growth, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role focuses on team performance, target achievement, stock control, and effective execution of network campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute project plans aligned with the SIM strategy to increase VABS within the region

• Manage and coordinate the daily activities of Mobile SIM Agents

• Recruit, activate, and grow the base of Mobile Agents

• Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets

• Manage stock allocation and distribution to Mobile Agents to maximize efficiency and availability

• Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and managed on Geo Rep

• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a roadworthy condition and ensure a valid PDP license at all times

• Plan, manage, and execute all network campaigns effectively

• Lead and deliver ad hoc projects as required

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification

• Valid driver’s license with PDP

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively

• Strong communication and verbal skills

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Ability to work independently and commit to extended hours when required
