Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive project plans in line with the SIM strategy to increase VABS within the region.
Manage and coordinate the daily activities of Mobile SIM Agents to ensure operational efficiency.
Grow and expand the number of active Mobile Agents across assigned areas.
Ensure Mobile Agents consistently achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Oversee stock distribution to Mobile Agents to maximise efficiency and availability.
Ensure all Mobile Agents are accurately captured and managed on Geo Rep.
Maintain responsibility for vehicle condition, ensuring proper maintenance and a valid PDP driver’s licence at all times.
Coordinate and execute all network campaigns effectively and in line with set objectives.
Manage and support ad hoc projects as required to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Matric qualification.
Valid driver’s licence with PDP.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands.
Ability to work independently, without supervision, and to work extended hours when required.
