Job Objectives
-
Manage and operate a commercially viable clinic in line with company policies, standards, and guidelines
-
Provide lifestyle management screening tests to support preventative healthcare
-
Conduct Well Baby clinics, including immunisations and ongoing infant health monitoring
-
Deliver comprehensive reproductive health services and counselling
-
Administer adult immunisations in accordance with clinical protocols
-
Provide primary healthcare services, including treatment of minor ailments and wound care
-
Perform phlebotomy services accurately and safely
-
Compile and maintain professional, stock, and financial management reports
-
Ensure effective medical waste management and maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment
-
Manage adverse events and respond appropriately to medical emergencies
-
Counsel patients on health, wellness, and weight management, and refer to Pharmacists or other healthcare professionals when required

Plan and implement Health Days and wellness initiatives to promote community health
-
Build and maintain strong professional healthcare networks
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
-
Registered Professional Nurse
-
Three-year nursing diploma or four-year nursing degree
-
Minimum of three years’ practical experience across multiple nursing disciplines, preferably Community Health, Primary Health Care, and Midwifery
-
Working knowledge of Unisolv and Allegra systems is advantageous
-
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Skills, Abilities and Job-Related Knowledge

Ensure patient information is securely, accurately, and confidentially maintained on electronic systems
-
Effective clinic administration and reporting in line with company policies and procedures
-
Ensure appropriate controls are in place to secure payment for services rendered
-
Manage, monitor, and order clinic stock and equipment, including cold chain compliance and loss prevention
-
Strong financial and commercial awareness
-
Maintain up-to-date SANC registration and professional indemnity
-
Establish and manage a reliable locum network
-
Implement and conduct clinic self-audits
-
