Nursing Practitioner – Clicks Group
Job Purpose
The Nursing Practitioner is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services while building and maintaining a loyal client base through excellent patient care, professional service delivery, and effective promotion of clinic services to Clicks customers.
Key Responsibilities

Grow the clinic’s client base by promoting services and consistently delivering high standards of patient care and customer service.

Provide a comprehensive range of clinical services, including lifestyle management screenings, well-baby clinics, immunisations, baby health monitoring, reproductive health services, adult immunisations, primary health care for minor ailments and wound care, and phlebotomy services.

Counsel and educate patients on health matters, wellness, and weight management, and refer patients to Pharmacists or other healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Ensure patient records are accurately captured, securely stored, and maintained confidentially on electronic systems, with correct billing for all services rendered.

Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic through effective administration, locum coordination, and accurate reporting on financial performance and stock usage.

Manage clinic stock effectively by preventing losses and shrinkage, monitoring cold chain compliance, and applying appropriate safety measures in the handling of medical supplies.

Build and maintain professional healthcare networks to enhance the clinic’s service offering and commercial sustainability.

Plan, coordinate, and deliver Health Days and other ad hoc initiatives to enhance the healthcare offering to customers.

Manage adverse events and medical emergencies professionally, ensuring patient safety at all times.
