Job Description
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Robertsville branch. The Payroll Administrator will work closely with Branch Managers and Operations and report directly to the allocated Payroll Managers. The role ensures accurate, timely, and efficient processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric certificate; SAP experience advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and methodical working approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with personnel at all levels
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Own reliable transport
Key Performance Areas
• Maintain neat, accurate, and up-to-date route files
• Ensure all bookings and posting sheets are processed daily and queries resolved promptly
• Escalate unresolved queries to the direct manager within specified timeframes
• Follow up and obtain company numbers for all relevant bookings
• Apply corrections on valid posting sheets and ensure proper documentation
• Perform daily courtesy calls to managers and sites supplying posting sheets
• Submit time books to management for employees under your responsibility
• Accurately calculate rates of pay changes and ensure correct deductions (third-party, garnishee, maintenance orders) are applied
• Capture posting sheets daily and resolve pay-related queries promptly
• Ensure compliance with payroll processes and policies at all times
