Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant to join our team and uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical support and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and health guidance.
• Manage stock control and dispensary administration efficiently, including repacking of medicines.
• Accurately compound medications as required.
• Provide general health advice to customers.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
• Perform ad hoc tasks in line with operational needs.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics (essential).
• Compliance with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) requirements for Pharmacist Assistants at Qualified, Post Basic, or Learner Basic levels.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong product knowledge (health aisle and OTC).
• Understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Team-oriented with integrity and ethical work practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, including basic calculations.
• Proficient in IT business systems and MS Office.
