Job Description
Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Assistant QPB to support pharmacy operations and provide exceptional service to patients. The role requires a professional approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely handling of prescriptions and healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers professionally and maintain strict confidentiality in line with SOPs and timelines
  • Administer scripts and manage related claiming or capturing procedures
  • Ensure accurate and complete handling of all patient profiles
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals as required
  • Resolve queries and follow up on patient or prescription-related issues

Duties

  • Provide customer support via telephone or other communication channels regarding medications and healthcare services
  • Accurately capture scripts received at the Central Pharmacy Centre
  • Manage patient profiles and prescription queries
  • Assist with chronic authorizations and related processes
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary
  • Perform ad hoc operational tasks as required

Knowledge

  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including OTC medications
  • Understanding of SAPC regulations and relevant legal requirements
  • Familiarity with chronic authorization procedures and processes
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ethical work practices and compliance with pharmacy standards

Skills

  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Team player with integrity and reliability
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency (English required)
