Job Description
As a Pharmacist Assistant QPB at Clicks, you will provide professional and confidential customer interaction while ensuring all dispensary procedures are executed accurately and efficiently. You will dispense prescriptions, handle patient profiles, manage chronic authorizations in collaboration with the medical aid team, and liaise with healthcare professionals and other departments as required.
You will resolve queries related to medication and healthcare services, provide general health advice, and support accurate compounding. Maintaining high standards of customer service, dispensary administration, stock control, repacking of medicine, and housekeeping is essential. You will also ensure proper merchandise display and contribute to smooth operational workflows.
