About the Program:
Job Description
As a Pharmacist at Clicks, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, while offering professional advice in line with Clicks’ standards, good pharmacy practice, and the legal scope outlined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
You will oversee all operational activities in the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with SAPC regulations and company procedures. Maintaining the dispensary’s operational efficiency by focusing on core dispensary and clinic targets is essential.
You will develop and motivate staff by training Pharmacist Assistants and Interns in line with SAPC requirements. Delivering excellent customer service initiatives, driving loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets are key responsibilities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres, is vital to achieving business objectives. You will also ensure integration with the clinic and healthcare aisle, providing customers with a complete healthcare offering.
