About the Program:
Job Description
As a Pharmacist at Clicks, you will uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, while providing professional advice in line with Clicks’ standards, good pharmacy practice, and the legal scope defined by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
You will manage all operational activities within the dispensary efficiently, including stock management, shrinkage control, general housekeeping, and administration, in accordance with SAPC regulations and company procedures. Ensuring the dispensary meets operational and clinic targets will be a key focus.
You will oversee the training and development of Pharmacist Assistants and Interns, ensuring competent, motivated teams in line with SAPC requirements. Delivering exceptional customer service initiatives in the dispensary, driving customer loyalty, and achieving club card participation targets are essential responsibilities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including centre managers, suppliers, and distribution centres, will be vital to achieving business objectives. You will also ensure seamless integration with the clinic and healthcare aisle, offering customers comprehensive healthcare solutions.
By performing these duties, you will actively support Clicks’ vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer, embodying and promoting company values.
