Job Overview:
Pick n Pay is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the administration of landlord lease agreements and municipal contracts on SAP Real Estate. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial processing, contract compliance, and effective stakeholder communication within the property portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Property, or Real Estate will be advantageous

  • Proficiency in SAP Finance is essential

  • SAP Real Estate experience will be a strong advantage

  • Experience in property lease administration will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure rental amounts are accurately loaded on SAP Real Estate contracts

  • Capture landlord and municipal invoices accurately and timeously on SAP RE

  • Identify and report invoice or contract irregularities prior to payment runs

  • Maintain proper filing of all supporting documentation

  • Resolve landlord queries efficiently and within agreed timelines

  • Reconcile vendor accounts on a monthly basis

  • Ensure vendor accounts are created for all stores prior to opening

  • Collect invoices and supporting documentation from landlords for allocated stores

  • Capture all landlord charges on SAP RE accurately and on time

  • Identify discrepancies on landlord statements

  • Ensure landlords are paid timeously

  • Capture detailed information relating to variable and ad-hoc charges

  • Take ownership of resolving queries with minimal management support

  • Review contracts to ensure correctness and completeness

  • Collect and process all municipal invoices

  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required
