Truworths is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Auditor to join our dynamic team in Durban. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards in clothing production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of goods at suppliers and processing houses.
• Liaise with suppliers and Garment Technologists regarding quality issues.
• Complete AQL reports to Truworths’ high standards.
• Monitor quality issues at suppliers and provide guidance for improvement.
• Capture and maintain accurate audit data.
• Manage workload and scheduled appointments effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in clothing manufacturing within a factory environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of quality auditing experience.
• Code 8 driver’s license.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effectively report quality issues, including photographic documentation.
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Energetic, results-driven, and service-oriented.
• Knowledge of AQL standards.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to work independently and conduct store visits with feedback.
