Quality Systems Manager – Sea Harvest Vacancies

Job Purpose
Lead the initiation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all Quality and Food Safety requirements in line with the company’s food safety and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality and Food Safety Management Systems across operations.
• Ensure compliance with all internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen food safety and quality performance.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective action processes to ensure system effectiveness.
• Develop, review, and maintain quality and food safety documentation and procedures.
• Monitor key quality metrics and report on performance, risks, and improvement actions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to teams on quality and food safety standards.
• Promote a strong food safety and quality culture across the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience managing Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail with a systematic, methodical approach.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
