We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead the implementation and maintenance of all aspects of Quality and Food Safety, ensuring full compliance with the company’s Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality and food safety systems across operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and reviews to monitor adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality and food safety practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation related to quality systems.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality management function.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

• Proven experience in quality systems management, preferably in the seafood or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality.
