Role Overview
As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage high-volume hiring campaigns, and support workforce planning initiatives. You will work closely with operational leaders to forecast staffing needs, streamline recruitment processes, and maintain compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and support roles
• Coordinate high-volume and bulk recruitment campaigns
• Screen, shortlist, interview, and assess candidates
• Oversee onboarding processes and ensure compliance with internal procedures
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports using Excel-based systems
• Collaborate with operational managers to forecast workforce requirements
• Ensure recruitment timelines and targets are consistently met
• Administer recruitment-related assessments, including system-based tests
Candidate Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition management
• Strong background in high-volume or operational recruitment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• South African citizenship or valid right to work in South Africa
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment assessments and testing
