Refrigeration Technician – Sea Harvest Vacancies

Job Purpose
Service, maintain, and operate refrigeration plants to ensure minimal downtime, optimal energy efficiency, and cost-effective performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance on refrigeration plants and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair faults across all refrigeration systems to ensure continuous operations.
• Monitor plant performance to optimize energy usage and operating costs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and production impact.
• Conduct inspections and ensure equipment operates within safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recurring or critical issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability across refrigeration equipment.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration plant operations and energy optimization.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
