Job Overview

Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join a high-performing sales team. This role focuses on delivering tailored security solutions while building strong customer relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to new customers

  • Promote and sell alarm system upgrades, CCTV solutions, electric fencing, and related security products

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, builders, and developers

  • Follow up on all leads and quotations to maximize conversion rates

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

  • Maintain accurate sales administration and documentation

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric or equivalent qualification

  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

  • PSIRA registration

  • Proven sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in capital goods sales

  • Knowledge of intruder detection and alarm systems such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or similar systems

Skills and Attributes

  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target driven

  • Strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organisational and time management abilities

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage

  • Professional appearance and conduct

  • Strong aptitude for electronic and technical security solutions

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for revenue and new client acquisition

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients

  • Ensure prompt and effective follow-up on all leads and quotations
