About the Program
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage van sales representatives to achieve maximum profitability and growth aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and promote a customer-focused sales culture.
- Conduct daily gate meetings to review market performance, execution, and discipline KPIs.
- Coach sales staff effectively to enhance sales capability and performance.
- Provide in-market coaching and support to van sales representatives.
- Ensure 100% outlet coverage within assigned routes.
- Conduct individual visits with customers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
- Drive business development and expand the customer base.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Develop and implement internal and external business strategies to grow market share.
- Align teams with strategic directions and manage change initiatives.
- Conduct regular training sessions with the training team on critical business skills.
- Perform performance reviews and manage staff development.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong customer relations and results-driven mindset.
- Self-starter capable of working independently.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to use insights to drive sales growth.
- Excellent planning, organizing, influencing, negotiating, and communication skills.
- Ability to access, analyze, and apply sales data to optimize performance.
