Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a highly experienced Security Branch Manager to oversee all operations at the Klerksdorp branch. The role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a large branch, ensuring full compliance with contractual agreements, and maintaining high standards of client service and security performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall branch operations including Security, Financial Management, Transport, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, ISO compliance, Client Portfolios, and SLA adherence

  • Manage Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors to ensure all client matters are addressed promptly

  • Lead, plan, organize, and control staff to achieve operational excellence

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with clients and internal management

  • Perform quarterly appraisals and drive the training and development of staff

  • Plan succession strategies to maintain a strong talent pipeline

  • Assist with annual budget preparation and ensure adherence to financial controls

  • Manage assets, fleet, and firearms inventory

  • Oversee staff duty rosters, training, and compliance with company procedures

  • Ensure all operational processes comply with quality management standards

  • Conduct risk assessments on client premises and submit investigation reports

  • Maintain strong client relationships and continuously evaluate service levels to recommend improvements

  • Monitor security staff performance and ensure contractual requirements are consistently met

  • Handle all administrative duties and liaise daily on operational issues

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric certificate and PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the security industry

  • Proven senior security management experience overseeing a large workforce

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards

  • Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and people management skills

  • Experience in financial management and budgeting

  • Experience managing a fleet of vehicles

  • Assertive, goal-driven, and self-motivated with a passion for the business

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft programs

  • Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license

  • Clean criminal record and firearm competency
