Purpose of the Role

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and responding to incidents while maintaining high standards of vigilance, professionalism, and adherence to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrolling to safeguard premises
• Control and monitor entrance and exit points
• Complete relevant registers and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and submit detailed reports as required
• Perform standard security duties in line with training and company procedures

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Grade 10
• Grade C accredited and registered
• At least 2 years of experience in the security industry
• No criminal record and willing to undergo regular criminal checks
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies
• Must reside within the area of the advertised position
