Job Description

Purpose of the Role:
The Security Warehouse Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations within the warehouse facility. The role ensures the protection of assets, the safety of employees and visitors, and the effective leadership of the warehouse security team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to safeguard warehouse assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
• Lead, manage, and support a team of security personnel, providing training and guidance as required
• Coordinate security operations with internal departments and external vendors to maintain a comprehensive security strategy
• Investigate security incidents and violations, document findings, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse security management
• PSIRA Grade A registration
• Own reliable transport for daily commuting to the warehouse
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing security measures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
