Senior Sales Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive business growth by executing advanced sales strategies and managing key client relationships. This role requires expertise in underwriting, sales leadership, and financial advisory to achieve large-scale sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Insurance Level IV qualification.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in underwriting and leading a team of Portfolio Managers.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in insurance sales.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies to meet sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze key themes from diverse sources to assess business impact.
  • Information and Business Advice: Provide expert guidance on policies and procedures, resolving complex queries.
  • Document Preparation: Tailor written content for various audiences to ensure clarity and engagement.
  • Insights and Reporting: Design and deliver complex reports, identifying trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop plans to engage decision-makers and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Financial Advice: Implement tailored financial strategies to meet client needs.
  • Sales: Lead sales efforts for standard products/services or supervise a sales team.
  • Operational Compliance: Monitor adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Personal Capability Building: Stay updated on industry best practices and maintain professional certifications.
