Job Overview:
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking a results-driven Signal Management Team Leader to oversee monitoring operations, reduce operational costs, and ensure service excellence. This role involves leading the Signal Management team, analyzing data, resolving technical issues, and maintaining high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational efficiencies by reducing false alarms and streamlining processes
- Monitor service levels, performance, and abnormalities affecting armed response and monitoring operations
- Provide technical support to clients to minimize overactive alarms
- Perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions
- Lead and direct Signal Management technicians and coordinators
- Manage customer complaints, taking ownership to ensure resolution
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels
- Interpret, articulate, and present data analytics to the operations team
- Manage HR processes for new hires and terminations
- Identify training and development needs and oversee staff performance management
- Communicate and enforce EHS standards
- Uphold standard operating procedures, disciplinary codes, and company values
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Maintain a neat and organized workstation and office
- Ensure emails and administrative tasks are processed and up-to-date
- Support ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and projects as requested by management
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
