Introduction

A vacancy exists for a Site Manager based in Robertville, reporting to the Area Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring that all contractual agreements are fulfilled while maintaining professional, efficient, and high-quality service to clients. This position combines security management, estate oversight, and operational leadership to safeguard client interests.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
  • Minimum 3 years’ logistics and warehouse experience
  • At least 10 years’ management experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ security management experience
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable own transport
  • Clear criminal record
  • Experience in estate management

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate risks and threats continuously, providing recommendations to the client to mitigate them
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met as stipulated by the client
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality security services
  • Manage and oversee the response and investigation of incidents including theft, armed robbery, break-ins, and vehicle theft
  • Liaise daily with operations management regarding operational and security issues
  • Submit weekly and monthly incident and management reports to both Fidelity management and the client
  • Support operations management and clients in special events, ad hoc requests, and investigations
  • Manage daily administrative duties and ensure all shifts are adequately staffed
