Store Manager

Purpose of Position:
Lead a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining world-class store standards, managing stock efficiently, and implementing promotions.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a strong store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture by improving operational efficiencies.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, train, and develop a dynamic team of Dynamos, providing coaching and performance management.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards to provide a safe and welcoming store environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Proficient in English.
• Relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma in business or retail) is advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite).
