Job Purpose:
Lead and inspire a store team to achieve business objectives, including driving sales, controlling costs, mitigating risks and stock loss, managing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service, effective stock management, promotional execution, and maintaining a professional store image.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and adhering to security, stock, and cash handling procedures.
• Manage store costs efficiently, promoting a culture of low-cost operations.
• Ensure all store administrative tasks are completed according to company policies.
• Lead, train, and coach a dynamic team, taking responsibility for performance and development.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping within the store.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business or retail) is advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite) is beneficial.
