Temporary Customer Service Agent – Job Description

  • Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings, and flight changes, including explaining rules, terms and conditions, regulations, and procedures
  • Provide support to customers during flight disruptions or cancellations
  • Handle and safeguard confidential information while addressing complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalate complex or problematic issues to the Supervisor on duty
  • Deliver professional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive passenger experience

Temporary Customer Service Agent – Job Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience in airport operations and ticket sales
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours, and shifts as required
  • Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of excellent customer service delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication, including proper phone etiquette
  • Conflict resolution skills
