The Trainee Bakery Manager is responsible for managing bakery resources to maximise turnover and minimise shortages, while ensuring all standards, processes, and policies are consistently followed. This role provides a valuable opportunity for career growth toward becoming a Bakery Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a baker
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience is advantageous
- Preferably an NQF 3 Bakery qualification

- Handle administrative tasks and reporting efficiently
- Utilise SAP system for stock management and other operational tasks
