The Trainee Bakery Manager is responsible for managing bakery resources to maximise turnover and minimise shortages while ensuring all standards, processes, and policies are strictly followed. This role offers a valuable pathway for career growth toward becoming a Bakery Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Qualified baker
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience is advantageous

• Deliver excellent customer service within the bakery
• Lead, coach, and motivate bakery staff
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting efficiently
• Utilise SAP system for stock management and other operational tasks
