Job Description
Clicks Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Wellness Assistant to provide expert advice and support in health, nutrition, and supplement products. The role is focused on delivering exceptional service, driving healthcare sales, and maintaining high standards of stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers and understanding their healthcare needs
• Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products
• Promote a broad range of brands through cross-selling and upselling to drive sales and profitability
• Ensure stock availability in healthcare aisles by following stock management principles and procedures
• Adhere to stock rotation and risk management policies to prevent wastage and losses
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment
• Implement product merchandising according to company guidelines and procedures
• Follow all store standard operating procedures
• Continuously develop product knowledge and share information with relief staff to ensure service continuity

Knowledge

• Basic health, fitness, and supplements product knowledge (desirable)
• Fundamental retail operations knowledge, including stock management, merchandising, and risk management (essential)

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Merchandising and product promotion skills
• Basic computer literacy (desirable)

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Experience with selling, customer engagement, or related training
• Matric qualification: minimum 50% English and 50% Maths (or 60% Maths Literacy) and a pass in Physical Science or Life Science
• Experience with sports nutrition, vitamins, or wellness products is desirable
• Sports, fitness, or nutrition qualification is an advantage
