Job Objectives

Deliver exceptional customer service through active in-store engagement and a proactive approach to customer health and wellness needs

Consult with customers and provide informed advice on healthcare, nutritional, and supplement products

Drive healthcare sales by achieving targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of a wide range of brands

Ensure optimal stock availability within healthcare aisles by adhering to stock management principles and procedures

Minimise wastage by following stock rotation and expiry management practices
-
Prevent stock losses by complying with risk management policies and procedures
-
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an appealing shopping environment
-
Support effective product merchandising in line with merchandising guidelines
-
Adhere to all store standard operating procedures
-
Maintain continuity of service by continuously developing product knowledge and sharing information with relief staff
Minimum Requirements
