Job Objectives

Provide outstanding customer service through active in-store presence and a strong understanding of health, wellness and supplement products.

Consult with customers to offer appropriate advice and recommendations on healthcare, nutrition and supplements.

Drive healthcare sales by achieving targets through effective cross-selling and upselling across a wide range of brands.

Ensure optimal stock availability in healthcare aisles by applying sound stock management principles and procedures.

Minimise wastage by adhering to stock rotation and expiry management practices.

Reduce stock losses by complying with all risk management and loss prevention policies.

Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create an attractive and safe shopping environment.

Execute product merchandising in line with merchandising guidelines and store standards.

Adhere to all store standard operating procedures.

Maintain continuity of service by continuously developing product knowledge and sharing relevant information with relief staff.
